Todd Smith

Todd Smith brings a blend of financial, administrative, and field experience to his leadership at OSM. With a degree in Psychobiology from UC Santa Cruz, he began his construction career as a laborer in 1992 and has since advanced through nearly every level of the business, including Senior Project Manager, Principal, and now Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. That progression has given him a practical, ground-level understanding of construction operations, client service, and project delivery. Along the way, Todd has earned recognition for Historic Preservation, contributed to projects featured in Architectural Digest, and built lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
