Steve Rainier

Steve Rainier is a Project Director in OSM Construction’s Wyoming office. A Jackson Hole native, Steve began his career with OSM as a carpenter while attending high school and college before earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly).

Steve spent several years managing and estimating commercial and residential construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area before returning to Jackson Hole and rejoining OSM Construction. He enjoys the collaborative nature of construction and takes pride in delivering projects with thoughtful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons, as well as homebrewing, barbecuing, and playing guitar.
