Spencer Archer

As a 7th-generation Montana native, Spencer began working as a Laborer with OSM at the age of 19. He has since worked his way up through virtually every position in the company, focusing on fine craftsmanship and custom log work. In 2013, Spencer became a Principal and is known for his leadership and intimate team approach to every project. He believes strong relationships between the client, builder, and architect are key to building the world-class homes that OSM is known for. Spencer lives in Bozeman and enjoys spending time with his wife Autumn and their two children.
