Rob LaPier

Rob LaPier was raised in Plattsburgh, New York, and moved west to for his college years and never looked back.  Many years of bridging together work between ski seasons allowed him to sample nearly every trade including roofing, custom metal work, heavy equipment operation, and nearly all phases of the construction process.  Rob’s diverse background as a non-profit Program Director and a free-lance craftsman has provided Rob with a diversity of skills that are of great value to OSM’s operations.  As Service & Warranty Manager, Rob leverages his extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail to oversee the warranty process, manage service requests, and coordinate repairs with precision and efficiency. His proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned him the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.  When he’s not busy with home improvement projects, Rob can be found indulging in his passion for outdoor adventure in the saddle of a dirt bike or spending family time with his wife and two daughters.
