Mark Stuart is a proven construction leader with more than two decades of experience guiding projects, teams, and operations toward successful delivery. Since joining OSM in 2005, he has advanced from Labor Foreman to Project Manager and now serves as the Montana office Managing Director, reflecting both his technical capability and his leadership within the organization. Mark is known for bringing structure to complex work, identifying the resources each project requires, and aligning people around clear goals to achieve consistent results. His leadership style is grounded in experience, adaptability, and a strong understanding of how to build cohesive teams that perform at a high level.
