Mark Pollard

Mark Pollard grew up on a sheep and cattle farm in New Zealand which offered him many creative outlets.  Everything from excavation, carpentry, animal husbandry, mechanics and steel work were daily tasks and challenges to solve. Mark has spent countless hours working with his hands as a carpenter over the years. He has a solid understanding of construction practices, assemblies, and techniques and has a passion for the creativity and innovation that custom homebuilding presents. Mark began his journey with OSM as a Project Manager in 2007, then Managing Director of the Wyoming office and now, CEO & President.  Mark is responsible for providing strategic leadership, organizational growth, and overseeing all aspects of operations.  He is visionary leader with a passion for driving organizational excellence and achieving sustainable growth. As a craftsman at heart and with extensive experience in leadership roles Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for the craft and expertise to his role.  Outside of OSM, Mark is on the board for the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole and believes in making a positive impact on the community he loves.  He enjoys skiing, boating and camping with his wife Kara, their two children and rescue dogs and cat.  Kara serves as the Executive Director for Dog Is My CoPilot, an organization that transports animals from overcrowded shelters to adoption centers.
