Mark Pollard

Mark Pollard brings deep construction experience and strong organizational leadership to his role as CEO and President of OSM. Raised on a sheep and cattle farm in New Zealand, he developed an early appreciation for practical problem-solving and the value of hard work across a wide range of trades and responsibilities, including excavation, carpentry, mechanics, and steel work. That foundation helped shape both his craftsmanship and his leadership approach as he built a career in custom homebuilding and construction management.

Mark joined OSM as a Project Manager in 2007 and has since advanced through key leadership roles, including Managing Director of the Wyoming office and now CEO and President. In his current role, he provides strategic direction, oversees operations, and supports the company’s continued growth and success. His background as a craftsman gives him a strong understanding of construction practices, assemblies, and techniques, while his leadership experience allows him to guide teams with clarity and confidence. Mark brings a thoughtful, practical, and forward-looking perspective to the organization, grounded in both field experience and executive responsibility.
