Justin Chenette

Justin Chenette has been an integral part of OSM Construction since 2005, beginning his career as a Carpenter before advancing through the roles of Site Superintendent and Project Manager to his current position as General Superintendent. His diverse background—including studies in criminal justice and experience in the drilling, blasting, and building materials industries—has shaped his practical, well-rounded approach to construction.

As General Superintendent, Justin serves as a trusted resource for OSM’s field teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to Site Superintendents while helping maintain the high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship that define every OSM project. He enjoys developing people, solving challenges, and helping projects succeed from the ground up.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys hunting, fly fishing Montana’s rivers and lakes, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
