David Ellis

David Ellis is the Operations Manager for OSM Construction’s Montana office. He moved to Montana in 2002 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management. Since joining OSM Construction as a Site Supervisor in 2004, David has become a respected leader known for his practical approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to developing others.

Throughout his career, David has mentored and trained countless team members, helping them build the skills and confidence to advance their careers. He enjoys tackling complex challenges and has a talent for breaking them down into practical, effective solutions that keep projects and people moving forward.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessi, and their two children. Whether he’s on the river, riding trails on his motorcycle, or hauling his daughter to horse shows, he appreciates every opportunity to be outdoors with his family.
