Annie Weldon

Born and raised in Montana, Annie Weldon began her career with OSM Construction as an intern while earning her degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University. After gaining experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial projects in Portland, Oregon, she returned home to Montana and rejoined OSM, where she has been instrumental in the success of projects across the company.

Throughout her career with OSM, Annie has advanced from Intern to Assistant Project Manager, Lead Estimator, and now Program Director. Her broad experience across estimating, project management, and operations gives her a unique perspective on every stage of the construction process. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting project teams, and helping ensure every project reflects OSM’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time with family and taking advantage of everything Montana has to offer.
