General overview

This magnificent home designed by CLB is a perfect blend of mountain modern luxury and streamlined contemporary design. The light-filled home and indoor-outdoor living spaces take advantage of the surrounding prairie meadows, ponds and streams. The exterior is a clean mountain modern aesthetic of stonework, beams, reclaimed siding, cedar shake roofs and generously scaled windows. The interior is more modern and the central great room soars with traditional post-and-beam framework with exposed joinery.

What makes it special

Dynamic timberwork, reclaimed board ceilings, steel details and a combination of white plaster and Montana moss rock surfaces create a crisp and organic backdrop for the owners’ art collection. Soaring ceilings, airy light fixtures and expansive windows welcome light into the space, counterbalancing the rusticity.
