Josh Jacoby

Josh Jacoby is the Operations Manager for OSM Construction’s Wyoming office. Raised in Teton Valley, Idaho, Josh developed a passion for construction at an early age while working alongside his father in the family’s custom design-build business. That foundation instilled an appreciation for craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the collaborative process of bringing exceptional homes to life.

Since joining OSM Construction in 2015 as a Field Engineer, Josh has advanced through the roles of Project Manager and Senior Project Manager before stepping into his current leadership position. He oversees day-to-day operations, supports project teams, and works to continuously improve processes while maintaining OSM’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and four children.
