Shooting Star

About this project

General overview

Nestled at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, this 6,200-square-foot residence, at first glance, appears much like the wooded Wyoming community’s neighboring homes with its pine-and-stone clad exterior. However, a contemporary interior pays tribute to the clients’ Swedish roots with clean lines and a minimal palette.

Blending rustic, reclaimed wood with varying tones of grey and white, the contemporary design of Shooting Star provides the homeowners with a warm and cozy retreat from the often-harsh weather of the Northern Rockies. Situated at the foothills of the Tetons with impressive views of the surrounding mountain ranges, this Jackson home truly has it all.
